Regular School Year Location:

Culver City, Sherman Oaks and Valley Glen Full Time Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children with serious emotional, learning, developmental, and autism-related needs Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including school staff, psychiatrists, and related service providers Deliver case management services and coordinate care for clients Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client documentation and records Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and agency-wide initiatives while adhering to organizational policies and procedures Ensure compliance with professional licensing, ethical, and legal standards Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client and school needs, including supporting private insurance clients as assigned Qualifications Registered with the appropriate licensing board (BBS) as an LCSW, LMFT, AMFT, ACSW, or Psychologist Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children and families Experience supporting children with behavioral and emotional needs Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Bilingual Spanish skills preferred Benefits The Help Group offers wonderful training opportunities, a supportive, professional work environment, and great benefits, including: $2,500 Sign on Bonus Insurance plans for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
