BCBA Full Job Description About Us:

We are a BCBA-led ABA practice focused on ethical, high-quality, and sustainable care. Our service model is intentionally BCBA-delivered, prioritizing direct treatment and parent coaching over large technician teams. We believe in smaller caseloads, strong clinical judgment, and meaningful family collaboration.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a BCBA

• Direct Care Clinician to provide in-person ABA services in home and community settings.

This is a one-tier model — the BCBA provides direct treatment and parent training, with no RBTs or technicians assigned. This role is ideal for BCBAs who enjoy hands-on clinical work and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, in-person ABA services to clients Deliver parent and caregiver training during sessions Implement treatment plans and collect session data Monitor progress and recommend clinical updates when appropriate Complete session notes and required documentation Support skill generalization within natural environments What This Role Is (and Is Not):

Qualifications:
