East Bay Wrap is a program designed to support youth and their families using an evidence-based model that is family centered, culturally/linguistically responsive and community based. The Fred Finch East Bay Wrap program is seeking BBS registered clinicians to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence based wraparound services to children and youth ages 6-22 years. As part of the East Bay Wrap program, you will make a difference in the lives of youth and their families, gain hours towards licensure while becoming trained in specific clinical modalities, learn medical documentation standards while having multiple avenues for professional growth.

Glance:
Pay Range :
This position may be filled at one of two levels: Mental Health Therapist I is between $70,304•$89,434.15 per year; and Mental Health Therapist II is between: $77,112•$98,416.62 per year. What You Will Do:
Under administrative and clinical supervision (Mental Health Therapist I) or consultation and direction (Mental Health Therapist II), provides behavioral health clinical intervention and recovery services to assigned participants and their families; develops treatment plans and performs individual, group, and family therapy, routine and emergency assessment, crisis intervention, and related treatment services; manages an assigned caseload of children, youth and/or young adult participants; provides consultation to other staff, programs, and agencies related to treatment needs and plans; and performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
Mental Health Therapist I-II:
: Master's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field; and
Mental Health Therapist I :
One (1) year of internship experience providing mental health services in a behavioral health, clinic, residential, school-based, or community-based setting for children, youth, or young adults.
Mental Health Therapist II :
Two (2) years of post-master's experience providing professional mental health services in a behavioral health, clinic, residential, school-based, or community-based setting for children, youth, or young adults.
Licenses and Certifications:
Possession of a valid California Driver's License, a satisfactory driving record, and a properly registered and insured vehicle, to be maintained throughout employment.
Mental Health Therapist I :
Possession of a valid registration as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), to be maintained throughout employment. Some programs may consider candidates who are able to obtain registered status within the first six (6) months after hire
Mental Health Therapist II :
Possession of valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), to be maintained throughout employmen Join our team as: Mental Health Therapist Fred Finch Youth & Family Services (FF) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
