In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities Perform intakes and assessments Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Perform regular wellness checks Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications Previous experience as a behavioral therapist or working with kids preferred Available 25+ hours weekly CPR certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized
