Are you an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) looking for a supportive, flexible, and rewarding work environment? We are hiring at Bendele Family Therapy in Orcutt, CA and we'd love to have you on our team! Summary As an AMFT at Bendele Family Therapy, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one counseling to clients with compassion and care. This position is essential in our mission to provide effective therapeutic services to as many people as possible, ensuring that our clients achieve their fullest potential.
What We Offer Compensation:
$40-55 per hour.
Flexibility:
Design your own schedule - Monday through Saturday with flexible hours.
Supervision:
No supervision fees, with individual supervision provided.
Advanced Training:
Complimentary advanced clinical training in play therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy modalities (with a 1-year commitment to the team).
Business Education:
Learn the ins and outs of running your own clinical practice.
Team Environment:
Supportive, positive, and warm atmosphere where you can thrive. Responsibilities Maintain a minimum caseload of 10-20 clients per week. Provide therapy to individuals of all ages (children, adolescents, adults) Work with mood disorders and trauma with empathy and expertise Enjoy a full practice within 4-6 weeks (we have plenty of referrals!) Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality. Requirements Active registration as an AMFT with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. Strong understanding of mental health counseling techniques and crisis management strategies. A passion for helping clients!
