Your Role:

Intake Therapist Pay:

Unlicensed Therapist:

$66,560

• $75,000/annually

Licensed Therapist:

$70,480

• $80,000/annually

Bilingual Spanish Stipend:

$5,000

Geographical Stipend:

$3,000

Your Toolkit Should Include:

Registered AMFT, ACSW, or APCC; Master's degree and BBS registration required. Experience working with children and families in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. Strong clinical writing, communication, and documentation skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; knowledge of L.A. County DMH is a plus.

Preferred:

completed or near completion of BBS hours. Valid California driver's license Ability to work a flexible schedule

Lead intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning that set clients on a path toward meaningful progress. Deliver case management, crisis support, and clinical screenings that ensure timely, responsive care for urgent needs. Maintain high-quality, timely documentation while balancing productivity and exceptional client care. Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, family-centered care that strengthens outcomes.
