Competitive Compensation :

$95-$110/hour (part-time) or $90,000 salary (full-time) as a W-2 employee

Serious About Training:

Weekly consultation and skills groups plus a minimum of 18 CE credits per year — provided at no cost to you

Community-Centered Practice :

A genuine team culture — not just a room rental with a shared waiting area Requirements Active California license required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples required Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities) Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)
