We are currently hiring both Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs) and Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) . In this role, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will support clients in navigating mental health challenges, building coping skills, and achieving meaningful personal growth in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a W-2 paid position offering clinical support, professional development, and a strong referral base. Key Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and legal/ethical standards Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide crisis intervention and support during high-risk situations Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when appropriate Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing training QualificationsFor Associate Therapists (AMFT) Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Ability to work under supervision and openness to clinical feedback Strong foundational clinical skills and willingness to grow Obtain Individual malpractice insurance For Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Active California license in good standing Experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations Ability to manage a caseload independently Obtain individual malpractice insurance Preferred Experience Experience working in mental health or behavioral health settings Familiarity with treating anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, or life transitions Experience with children, adolescents, or families (preferred but not required) Knowledge of culturally responsive care and diverse populations Skills & Competencies Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide empathetic, client-centered care Effective time management and documentation practices Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Compensation & Benefits Competitive W-2 compensation (based on licensure and experience) Consistent referral flow to support caseload growth Flexible scheduling options Clinical Support & Growth Individual supervision (for associates) Group supervision and case consultation (for all clinicians) Supportive team environment focused on professional development Opportunities for specialization and growth within the practice Why Join Us Supportive and collaborative practice culture Emphasis on clinician well-being and sustainable caseloads Opportunity to grow clinically while making a meaningful impact Work with a diverse and motivated client population If you're a compassionate clinician looking to grow in a supportive group practice environment, we encourage you to apply.
