The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing therapy and care to patients. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution Active registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC Eligible to receive clinical supervision in accordance with California BBS requirements Commitment to working with diverse, underserved populations in a community-based setting Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Responsibilities Conduct individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency and legal standards Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care Participate in case consultation, clinical supervision, and required training Contribute to outreach, psychoeducation, and the development of wellness materials as needed
