Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ASW, AMFT, or APCC Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults using various therapeutic techniques. This role involves providing direct support to clients, utilizing behavioral therapy methods, and contributing to the overall well-being of our clients as they navigate early recovery in our PHP/IOP treatment program. The Therapist will work collaboratively with staff and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans that promote emotional and psychological growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the MH and SUD treatment industry and have experience using the
KIPU EMR.
Availability Must be available to work program hours of 9am - 3pm, Monday through Friday. Duties Conduct BPS assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans for clients. Provide individual therapy sessions focusing on behavioral therapy techniques. Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes through effective data collection and detailed documentation in Kipu CRM. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, medical professionals, and staff, to enhance client care. Skills Having an ability to adapt while learning about the recovery industry and implementing the proper approach to align with treatment and recovery goals of each individual client. Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and direct support practices. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to Mental Health and Substance Abuse industry. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality. Experience facilitating group therapy sessions effectively. Background in Substance Abuse and Recovery is preferred but NOT mandatory. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
