REQUIREMENTS

What it Takes We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced Licensed and/or Associate Therapist committed to our mission of providing patients with exceptional, trusted counseling services.

Mandatory Requirements:

Valid California License number with the BBS Willing to travel or relocate to Susanville CA Must be willing to see all ages Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for psychological treatment Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans Strong verbal communication skills to counsel and advise patients Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes Organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files Familiarity with privacy, health, and safety laws Computer skills in operating record-keeping, scheduling, email, and word-processing software Preferred not required: 1+ year experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day As a Licensed/Associate Therapist, you'll provide therapy services to clients of all ages and backgrounds, both face-to-face as well as through telehealth, to do the following: Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions Conduct therapy sessions with clients Develop a treatment plan customized based on each client's needs Monitor each client's progress during ongoing treatment Complete session notes promptly
