Responsibilities:
Design and implement new ABA programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed Assess client's needs and write goals and objectives for each client's treatment plan Supervise, train and manage behavior technicians Train parents to implement ABA treatment plans Conduct initial and ongoing assessments Produce progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of funding sources Attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested Collaborate with other professionals, such as school, OT, Speech therapist etc. Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology or related field required Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification, preferred 3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis At least one year of experience providing clinical program management (under the supervision of a BCBA) At least one year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming and report writing tasks Bilingual is an asset but not required
