Position Summary As a Therapist with Center for Resilience Strategies, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy services to a diverse client population. You will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families while developing meaningful therapeutic relationships that support lasting positive change. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about providing quality care, practicing independently while collaborating with colleagues, and continuously developing their clinical expertise. Essential Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and couples psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches. Deliver high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Establish strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy, and professionalism. Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Maintain ethical practice standards and client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
