We specialize in compassionate, science-backed couples and individual relationship therapy, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Sex Therapy, Relationship Education/Premarital Enhancement, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).The ideal candidate understands the importance of healthy relationships for human well-being and is passionate about helping others build more meaningful and fulfilling lives. At Heart of the Matter, you'll enjoy a satisfying work-life balance and a warm, supportive "professional home" within a private practice setting. This is a W-2 position with workers' protections.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field (e.g., Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Social Work) Active and unrestricted Colorado licensure or provisional status (MFTC, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, SWC, or LCSW) Passion for helping couples and individuals improve their relationships Ability to work some evening hours (many couples seek after-work appointments) This Position Offers Competitive pay (

$78/60 minute billable hour;
Licensed:
