SIGN-ON BONUS
- $1500 (50% payable after 90 days of continuous employment and 50% payable at 180 days of continuous employments, terms apply) Job Summary The Redpoint Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled therapist (LAC, LPC, CAS, LPCC, LCSW ) to join our adult outpatient program at our Fort Collins location. This role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy to adults struggling with mental health and substance use concerns. The ideal candidate has experience working with adults in a clinical setting, utilizes evidence-based treatment approaches, and is committed to fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. This position requires 18 to 21 client-facing hours per week and active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment planning, progress monitoring, and coordination with external providers. This position will include facilitating both morning and evening groups . Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals Facilitate group therapy sessions aligned with program curriculum and clinical best practices Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system Collaborate with families, psychiatrists, case managers, sober living homes, and other external providers to support client progress Participate in weekly clinical team meetings to review cases, provide updates, and coordinate care Ensure all clients receive weekly individual therapy sessions, and family therapy when clinically appropriate Identify the need for collateral services such as psychological testing, higher levels of care, or referrals Ensure proper discharge planning and documentation for all clients Support program development by providing input on curriculum, therapeutic approaches, and clinical processes Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards in mental health and substance use treatment Qualifications and Requirements Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field Active Colorado licensure as a therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent) Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) or Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) preferred Experience is Substance Use Disorder preferred Minimum one year of experience working with adults in a clinical setting preferred Experience in outpatient therapy settings is preferred Knowledge of individual, group, and family counseling techniques Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation standards Strong ability to build rapport with clients navigating complex mental health and substance use challenges Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines in therapy Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Environment and Expectations This position requires clinicians to be in the office five days a week Balances clinical responsibilities with collaboration and case coordination Works closely with therapists, case managers, and leadership to ensure treatment success Provides 18 to 21 client-facing hours per week Why Join Us At The Redpoint Center, we are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and compassionate care for individuals and their families.
