By addressing both observable behaviors and underlying physiological processes such as brain activity, heart rate, and nervous system regulation, we help clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and control. Whether you are currently enrolled in a Master's program, working toward licensure, or already licensed, we provide a clear pathway for professional growth and advancement. What You'll Do As a Neurofeedback Therapist, you will work directly with clients and families to provide neurofeedback services while receiving ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical support. No prior neurofeedback experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, passionate about behavioral health, and excited to develop expertise in a rapidly growing area of clinical practice. Job Duties and Responsibilities Deliver high-quality neurofeedback sessions under appropriate supervision Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and families Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation Conduct and assist with qEEG assessments and data collection Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team members regarding treatment planning and client care Serve as a point of contact for clients and families throughout treatment Participate actively in supervision, training, team meetings, and professional development Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team culture Continue developing competency in neurofeedback protocols and clinical applications Compensation Compensation is determined by education level, licensure status, productivity, performance, and demonstrated competency within Lighthouse's career progression framework. The estimated annual earnings listed below are based on full-time employment and on-target performance, defined as maintaining an average of 95 billed client hours per month while utilizing available paid time off and paid holidays throughout the year. Our structured advancement pathway allows team members to progress through the following levels: Trainee Level 1 Trainee Level 2 Student Neurotherapist Pre-Licensed Clinician (LPCC/LSW) Licensed Clinician (LPC/LCSW) Advancement is based on demonstrated competency, clinical performance, mastery of neurofeedback protocols, professional development, and licensure status. As Lighthouse continues to expand, additional leadership and clinic development opportunities may become available.
Schedule Full-time shifts:
12:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM Part-time shifts: 5:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM Weekend availability required (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday) Lighthouse is open 7 days per week from 8:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM Evening availability required In-person position at our Prospect Clinic in Longmont, Colorado Requirements and Qualifications Required Currently enrolled in, or graduated from, a Master's degree program in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Passion for learning neurofeedback and brain-based interventions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport with clients and families Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently while receiving supervision and feedback Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Longmont, CO Preferred LPCC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW credential Previous experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in behavioral health, mental health, education, or human services settings Experience with neurofeedback, biofeedback, ABA, counseling, coaching, education, or related services Bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish-speaking applicants, are encouraged to apply If you are passionate about helping others, excited to learn neurofeedback, and interested in joining a growing behavioral health organization, we encourage you to apply.
