Job Description

Job Description We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join a Non-Profit group onsite in the southern Connecticut area. The therapist will play a critical role in supporting individuals on their path to healing and stability. In this role, they will provide both individual and group counseling, complete evaluations and intakes, conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments, and develop client‑centered treatment plans in collaboration with case management and multidisciplinary partners. The therapist will facilitate group therapy at least twice weekly, maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation, and serve as a clinical liaison with community treatment providers and psychiatric prescribers. Beyond direct client care, they will support and educate staff on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and appropriate interventions, participate in supervision, clinical rounds, and team meetings, and help foster a safe, supportive, and ethical treatment environment.   • 4+ years of experience as a therapist
  • Have a Clinical Master's Degree with associate licensure (LPCA, LMSW) OR Clinical Master's Degree with full licensure (LPC, LCSW)
  • MS Office knowledge (Word, MS, Excel)
