Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team. The Clinical Therapist will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic services to individuals in need, focusing on telehealth, psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluation, applied behavior analysis, and social work. The ideal candidate should have experience working with people with autism, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
- Implement applied behavior analysis strategies to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
- Offer telehealth services to clients who require remote therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct research studies to contribute to the advancement of clinical practices.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all interactions and documentation.
- Work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder to provide tailored therapeutic interventions.
- Provide therapy services in hospital settings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed Clinical Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred.
- Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and delivering therapy remotely.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and their application in therapy.
- Familiarity with conducting research studies and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum.
Pay:
$50.00- $80.
