About The Position:
We are currently hiring Therapists to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team in our Delaware location(s). This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about group-based care and interested in providing support for adults navigating anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. This job posting represents multiple open IOP Therapist positions within Sanare. Please specify which role(s) you are interested in through the application screening questions.

5171 W. Woodmill Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808 1401 Silverside Road, Wilmington, DE 19810
Current IOP Openings Include:
Mental Health IOP (daytime)- Facilitate four group therapy sessions weekly (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, 9:00-11:15 AM) for adults 18+ in our IOP. (Woodmill Drive location) Mental Health IOP (evening)- Facilitate four group therapy sessions weekly(Monday-Thursday 5:30-7:45 PM) for adults 18+ in our IOP. (Silverside Road location) DBT IOP (requires formal DBT training)- Facilitate three DBT-specific group therapy sessions weekly (Mon, Wed, Fri, 10:00 AM-12:15 PM) for adults 18+ in our IOP and conduct individual DBT sessions for each client in the group 1x/week (Tues/Thurs). (Woodmill Drive location) Trauma IOP (requires EMDR training)- Facilitate three trauma-focused group therapy sessions weekly (Mon, Wed, Fri, 12:30-2:45 PM) for adults (18+) in our IOP and conduct individual trauma-informed/EMDR sessions with clients 1x/week for each group member (Tues/Thurs). (Woodmill Drive location)
What You'll Do:
Facilitate group therapy sessions/week Maintain accurate documentation, treatment plans, and authorizations Collaborate with peers and community providers to support client care
Consultation Responsibilities:
Complete an average of 3 intake/consultation per week tied to IOP programming Participate in additional consultation services (~5 consults/week) as part of our consultant role Provide availability for client consultations and care coordination
Outpatient Track Responsibilites:
Maintain a small individual outpatient caseload (~5 sessions/week) Ideal for clinicians who enjoy a blend of group and individual work
Schedule & Commitment:
Full-time structure combining IOP, consultation, outpatient, and administrative responsibilities Includes dedicated time for documentation, collaboration, and team engagement
Pay:
$66,300.00 - $130,780.00 per year
