Part-time, Full-time Position Overview:
The Mental Health Counselor at Enriched Life Counseling & Consulting will provide outpatient individual and couples therapy services to adults navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, anxiety, trauma, communication difficulties, and overall emotional wellness. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate, and culturally responsive care while supporting the company's mission of promoting wellness and reducing mental health stigma. Provide outpatient individual and couples therapy to adults. Conduct clinical counseling services as scheduled and in accordance with company policies and ethical standards. Maintain regular, reliable attendance and timely arrival to work. Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 25 clients per week. Maintain proper licensure and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical codes. Respond to client requests and communication within 24 hours when clinically appropriate. Collaborate and communicate with clients' treatment teams and referral sources as necessary. Complete and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, within 24 hours. Attend mandatory staff meetings, trainings, and consultation opportunities. Conduct counseling services professionally in a manner that upholds the reputation and values of Enriched Life Counseling & Consulting. Collaborate respectfully and effectively with coworkers and leadership. Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work culture. Support the growth and development of fellow team members. Participate in community outreach and relationship-building efforts as needed. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:
Strong alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Enriched Life Counseling & Consulting. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively within a collaborative team environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience working with adults and couples preferred. Preferably prior experience in a private practice or outpatient mental health setting. Minimum of three years post-unrestricted licensure experience preferred. Specialized training or experience in couples counseling, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, communication challenges, grief, intimacy concerns, or life transitions preferred. Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and relationship-focused therapeutic approaches preferred.Pay:
$40.00- $50.
