Requirements Required:

Full Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) Outpatient therapy experience Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment Availability for regular in-person work in Broward County + telehealth

Preferred:

Experience with diverse populations (children, teens, couples, families) Insurance panel experience Bilingual skills Interest in long-term growth within a stable practice Compensation & Benefits (True W-2) Transparent, sustainable earnings with zero overhead: 60% of net collections , paid bi-weekly. Realistic full-time earnings of $70,000-$98,000+ annualized at 24-30+ sessions/week.
