Position Summary:

Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants for the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC)Therapist who will work with clients to effectively address Mental Health (MH) and Substance Abuse (SA) issues by providing accessible client-centered, cost-effective, and quality outcome-based care. The Therapist will provide Mental Health (MH) and Substance Abuse (SA) screenings, assessments, groups, and individual and family psychotherapy. Applicants must be outgoing and enjoy working with the public, professional, and para-professional team. Have the ability to collaborate and communicate with BCI departments and external stakeholders. Must be able to multi-task and remain professional at all times to ensure that each client has a positive and helpful therapeutic experience. Why Join BCI?
