Our team of skilled clinicians works collaboratively to foster healing, resilience, and lasting recovery in a supportive, home-like environment. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Therapist or Registered Intern to join our residential clinical team. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy services to residents, working closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver holistic, person-centered care. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact in a structured and supportive residential setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to coordinate resident care Monitor and document resident progress in accordance with regulatory and licensing standards Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and clinical supervision Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed Support discharge planning and transition-of-care coordination Maintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with state licensing board requirements
Qualifications Required:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field Active Florida licensure or registration as an intern (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or registered intern status) Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based, residential care environment
Preferred:
Experience in residential, inpatient, or intensive outpatient mental health settings Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) Training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities Compensation & Benefits We value our team and are committed to offering a competitive compensation package that supports your professional and personal well-being.

Tuesday•Saturday, 8:30 AM•4:30
PM PTO:
19 days per year
