At Archstone Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to providing a clinically-informed, humanist approach to mental health, medication management, and addiction treatment. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Therapist to join our team at a substance abuse treatment facility. This role is ideal for a clinician looking for a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients in a substance abuse treatment setting Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support client care Ensure compliance with all Florida DCF and facility policies and procedures Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and ethical standards

Qualifications:

Active Florida license preferred (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern) Experience in substance abuse and/or mental health treatment preferred Knowledge of DCF regulations and documentation standards Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently during scheduled shifts

Schedule Details:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday 4-hour shifts each day Consistent weekly schedule

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and licensure)
