Licensed Clinician (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) BDA Consulting Miami, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $75 - $100 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications LMFT Teamwork Licensed Clinical Social Worker Individual therapy Patient care Full Job Description Licensed Clinician - DBT Focus (Adolescents & Adults) We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician (PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) with a strong interest in comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and adults. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about working with complex cases, expanding their DBT skill set, and collaborating closely within a supportive clinical team environment. Candidates should have experience working with higher-acuity clients and/or a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Ideal applicants are committed to delivering high-quality clinical care and value ongoing professional development and consultation. Responsibilities Participate in weekly DBT consultation team meetings focused on case collaboration, DBT skill development, and peer support Provide DBT-adherent individual therapy for adolescents and/or adults Facilitate DBT skills groups for adults, adolescents, and/or parents of adolescents Provide coaching calls to support skills generalization outside of sessions Communicate and collaborate with psychiatrists, prior therapists, and other outside providers as needed Work collaboratively with the consultation team to assess client progress and determine if a higher level of care may be necessary Build and maintain a caseload of at least 15 clients per week Lead 1-2 DBT skills groups as needed Maintain flexibility to work several evenings per week to accommodate client schedules Qualifications Active licensure as a PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW Experience working with high-acuity populations preferred Background in CBT and/or DBT strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Passion for learning and delivering evidence-based treatment Ability to work effectively within a team-based clinical environment Compensation & Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling Evenings as needed
Pay:
$75.00 - $150.00 per hour depending on experience and caseload Cover letter required with application.
