Job Description
Licensed Therapist Team Leader We are seeking a Licensed Team Lead to provide clinical leadership while maintaining a small caseload of youth and families. This role includes supervising and supporting therapists, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, and guiding team performance and outcomes. The Team Lead also provides direct clinical services, including assessment, individual and family therapy, and care coordination, while fostering a collaborative, strengths-based team environment. A valid Florida driver's license and auto liability insurance are required. Candidates must hold a Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) and have at least one year of experience working with children/adolescents with complex mental health needs.
