The ideal candidate is committed to supporting clients through evidence-based treatment approaches while maintaining ethical, professional, and confidential standards of care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy sessions Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, medical providers, and community resources Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental health conditions, and wellness practices Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Active state licensure required (examples:
LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT
) Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Informed Care Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred Preferred Skills Experience working with diverse populations Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills Knowledge of community mental health resources Bilingual abilities are a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Work Environment Outpatient clinic, private practice, telehealth, community agency, Flexible scheduling may be offered, including evenings or weekends
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:
