POSITION SUMMARY
The Masters Level Therapist is responsible for providing mental health assessments and therapeutic treatment to assigned clients, families, and caregivers. Provide community-based outpatient group, individual and family therapy to clients, families, and all relevant caregivers as indicated in the client's Individualized Treatment Plan. Coordinate care with other providers to ensure the provision of effective and appropriate services. Participate in quality improvement and quality measures as required ensuring all assigned client records are complete reflecting all services provided.

Essential Functions Statement(s): Conduct initial assessments of client needs and eligibility for services. Develop individualized treatment plans which fully address the client's needs, and monitors treatment progress. Provide on-going evaluation, assessment, and direct clinical services to assigned clients, using appropriate therapeutic techniques. Coordinate with schools, community agencies, and other service providers to ensure provision of effective and appropriate services. Participate in court proceedings, clinical staffings, and educations meetings as needed. Coordinate and/or provides crisis intervention as needed Complete all required clinical documentation regarding course of treatment within designated time frame. Ensures documentation meets quality and compliance requirements. Consistently updates client files to ensure compliance Medicaid, payer, and company guidelines. Consistently conduct a minimum of billable hours per week as established for position (30 billable hours for Full-Time status and 15 hours for Part-Time status). Review and respond to emails on a consistent basis, no less than once a day. Adhere to all quality standards and participate in quality improvement and quality assurance measures as required. Participate in department meetings, supervision and required trainings.
