Most new therapists can expect their caseload to be approximately: 25% full after 1 month 50% full after 2 months 75% full after 3-4 months Onboarding also includes training, meetings, and learning opportunities. This is a worthwhile investment, but it may temporarily reduce earnings during the first few weeks while your caseload develops. If this all sounds good to you, we would love to meet you.
