Part-Time Expected hours: 15 per week Whether you are already a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or want to become one, Regency ABA is here to support your growth. Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 in-home therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans Collect and enter data via CentralReach Complete session notes and documentation Collaborate with supervisors and team members Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies

Qualifications:

If Already Certified:

High School Diploma Active RBT Certification If Not Yet Certified (We'll Help You Get There!): High School Diploma Willingness to complete RBT training and certification Passion for working with children

Additional Requirements:

Reliable transportation & valid insurance Strong communication skills
