Mental Health Therapist

What You'll Do As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in launching a new outpatient behavioral health service line at Cass Health. You'll provide ethical, compassionate, and evidence'based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. In this role, you will: Provide high-quality outpatient mental health services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions. Build a positive, trusting therapeutic relationship with patients. Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using appropriate therapeutic modalities. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and circumstances. Collaborate with internal departments and offer consultation to support crisis care and coordinated patient services. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that meets professional, regulatory, and organizational standards. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the behavioral health service line.
