Childrens Mental Health Therapist

We are growing and seeking a compassionate and motivated Children's Mental Health Therapist to join our team and work in our new outpatient facility-Angeline's Wing for Children's and Families. Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, therapy and early intervention services to children and families. Refer and coordinate services with our child and adolescent on-site psychiatrist for medication management services, as needed. Provide supportive case management services to clients and their families. Maintain positive relationships with and provide consultation to teachers and/or school staff, as appropriate. Maintain clinical records in accordance with policy, as well as third-party payors & licensure requirements. Provide support to other staff and function as a productive member of the team.

Experience :

LMSW or provisional mental health clinical license in the state of Iowa required. Independent licensure preferred. Experience preferred-2+ years providing mental health services. Have a valid driver's license. Good verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual preferred, not required.
