You will work with clients of all ages, delivering evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis intervention to promote mental well-being and resilience. Qualifications include a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field, relevant licensure or certification, strong knowledge of mental health disorders, proficiency in psychotherapy techniques and familiarity with

Diagnosis. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through personalized treatment and supportive counseling. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, develop Individualized treatment plans, provide counseling for various mental health issues, life transitions, managing crises, coordinating care in person and via telehealth services. Qualifications Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field; licensure or certification as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW or t-LCSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMSC or t-LMSC). Supervision provided for temporary licensure counselors. Strong knowledge of mental health disorders which include but are not limited to PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar I & II, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Gender Exploration, Substance Use Disorders, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques such as but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. Experience and/or willingness to see individuals, couples and families. Familiarity with the
DSM-V TR
for accurate diagnosis documentation. Excellent skills in crisis management, behavior management, patient assessment, and direct support across diverse populations including children, teens, adults, and older adults. Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records systems ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
