Diagnosis. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through personalized treatment and supportive counseling. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, develop Individualized treatment plans, provide counseling for various mental health issues, life transitions, managing crises, coordinating care in person and via telehealth services. Qualifications Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field; licensure or certification as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW or t-LCSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMSC or t-LMSC). Supervision provided for temporary licensure counselors. Strong knowledge of mental health disorders which include but are not limited to PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar I & II, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Gender Exploration, Substance Use Disorders, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques such as but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy.
