Job Description

Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - $5K Bonus Meridian Area $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Nationally growing healthcare group has an immediate opportunity on our multidisciplinary treatment team. Our Intensive Outpatient Program therapists provide comprehensive direct clinical services - to further patient/family/group progress in treatment.
Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Benefits Include:
Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage - Eligible first of the month after 30 days. 401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off Daily Pay Option Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability Life Insurance Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities include But Are Not Limited to: Plan and conduct group therapy as assigned by the Director of Intensive Outpatient Program or physician's order. Conducts, assesses, and interprets completion of Comprehensive Integrated Assessment. Reviews all Multidisciplinary assessments and develops a Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan Case management and discharge planning Attend multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, provide updates on patients' progress Combines the reports of all disciplines into a multidisciplinary treatment integration summary Conducts treatment and discharge planning in accordance with age/disability/cultural needs and involves members of the patient's support system in decision making as appropriate. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Requirements At a minimum a Clinical Social Worker (CSW), LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPC-A (TX Only) or Psychologist. 0 to 1 year post-graduate experience in clinical practice. Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of clinical therapy modalities, mental illness, and chemical dependency and the family dynamics which accompany them.

Experience:
post-graduate clinical practice: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
CSW, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC or psychologist (Required)
