Why Join SRT Behaviors? ✔ Flexible scheduling (after school, evenings, and weekends-if wanted) ✔ Meaningful 1:1 work with children ✔ Supportive and collaborative environment ✔ Opportunity for growth in the ABA field ✔ Use your teaching and behavior skills in a lower-stress setting Position Overview We are hiring at multiple levels based on education and experience: Intervention Technician Intervention Specialist Intervention Professional You will provide direct 1:1 services to children with developmental disabilities in home and community settings while supporting skill development and behavior goals. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior plans Provide direct 1:1 support to clients Collect and track data on progress Communicate with families and supervisors Maintain professionalism and reliability Qualifications Intervention Technician Enrolled in an undergraduate program (within 24 credits & 18 months of graduation) in human services OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a human service field Hours count toward Intervention Specialist qualifications Valid driver's license & insured vehicle Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid upon hiring Intervention Specialist Bachelor's degree or higher in a human service field
AND :
HI certification or willingness to complete the $50 course 1 year (1040 hours) experience with children (0-21) with developmental disabilities Valid driver's license & insured vehicle Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid upon hiring Intervention Professional Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
OR :
Master's + 1,500 hours relevant training 1,200 hours of relevant experience 1 year (1040 hours) experience with children (0-21) with developmental disabilities Must meet medicaid qualification requirements for a Behavior Professional Valid driver's license & insured vehicle Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid upon hiring Schedule Part-time and full-time with flexible hours (After school, evenings, and weekend options available) Pay Competitive and based on experience Growth opportunities available Apply Today Join a team that truly makes a difference in children's lives while supporting your professional growth.
