in Chicago, Illinois, United States Job Description Mental Health Therapist for Chicago, IL location. Provide direct mental health clinical services to clients. Conduct individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions (in-person and/or via telehealth). Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide psychoeducation and support to clients. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Document all client interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies and HIPAA regulations. Practice areas include Acculturation, Immigration and Refugee Counseling; Addiction, Alcohol Use, and Substance Use Counseling; ADHD, Autism & Neurodivergence; Anxiety, OCD and Panic Disorders; Depression and Mood Disorders; Eating Disorders; LGBTQIA+ Counseling; PTSD/Trauma, Grief, and Loss Counseling.
