Behavioral Health Therapist:

Conduct family-centered, inclusive, trauma-responsive, and strengths-based assessments of the behavioral health needs of individual youth and adults, couples, and families; Partner with clients and identify collaterals to develop treatment goals to address their presenting issues and needs; Build on client strengths and provide goal-directed mental health therapy and counseling services to clients Offer services at times convenient to clients to include some evenings; Coordinate services with and provide consultation to other systems on behalf of clients, such as schools, medical providers, case workers/care coordinators, etc. Document services as required by legal statute, funder requirements, and agency policies. How you will spend your time in this position: 60% direct service with clients 15% documentation 10% staffing/supervision/group supervision 10% Training 5% other duties as assigned Does the Following Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or Psychology, or closely related Human Service field. 2 years of experience in a clinical position (preferred)

Additional Qualifications:
