Position Overview:
Provides treatment services to adults and youth identified with behavioral health or substance use diagnosis. Completes assessment and treatment planning. Provides both individual and group therapy. Duties Performs clinical assessment and diagnosis Performs individual psychotherapy, addictions counseling or family intervention Consultation and Coordination of services with team members Treatment planning and staffing Manages caseload consisting of adults and youth with behavioral health and/or substance use diagnosis. Completes documentation and adheres to regulatory requirements for provision of services Salary and Benefits Salary base equivalent to experience and education, with potential merit increases each year. Qualifications:
Required Bachelor?s degree in social work, psychology or counseling; and currently enrolled in a Master degree program in social work, psychology, marriage and family or counseling Preferred Minimum of Master?s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy and experience in addictions treatment. Preferred State of Illinois Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or License Marriage and Family Therapist Preferred knowledge/experience with dual (mental health and addictions) disorders.
