About Us Timber View Wellness Center is a compassionate and client-centered behavioral health clinic dedicated to serving individuals and families in Southern Illinois. We believe in meeting clients where they are, empowering them to grow, and supporting long-term wellness. We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about working with children and adolescents to join our team. Position Summary The Licensed Therapist will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families, using evidence-based practices to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young lives while collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy with a focus on children and adolescents Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with agency and state standards Collaborate with parents, schools, and community partners to support client success Utilize trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches in all therapeutic services Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and training opportunities Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Current Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or LPC working toward full licensure) required Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Knowledge of trauma-informed care and play therapy a plus What We Offer Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Regular supervision and training opportunities Supportive, team-oriented environment where your passion for helping children is valued
Pay:
$80,750.00 - $85,281.00 per year
