Job DescriptionThe Case Therapist II reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
BHS Foxpointe in Sycamore, IL is seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician to join our dynamic outpatient Behavioral Health team. What We're Looking ForIndependently licensed clinician (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)Strong grounding in evidence-based interventionsA clinician with a clinical niche or specialized focus areaCommitment to teamwork, collaboration, and inclusive clinical practiceComfort in both outpatient therapy and community-facing workInterest in serving clients of diverse identities, perspectives, and lived experiencesIn addition to outpatient therapy, this role incorporates meaningful community connection through service in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Must be computer comfortableMaster's degree in behavioral health field and license eligible.2 years of experience in intensive treatment setting with individual and group counseling in substance abuse setting and /or mental health setting.
Customer Service skills. Experience with motivational interviewing style.
Must be license eligible at time of hire with timeframe determined by manager to secure license in behavioral health field, which may include licensed social worker, professional counselor, psychologist, marriage and family therapist.

As part of our outpatient therapy team, you will provide evidence-based treatment to clients from diverse backgrounds.
