We are seeking a driven individual who wants to bring a positive impact to the community. We provide competitive pay and flexible scheduling. We have our clinicians build schedules to fit their lives, whether that be daytime, evening, and/or weekend hours. ahaNOW! also supplies clinicians with malpractice insurance, a CEU stipend, 4 paid holidays, and the opportunity for bonuses. ahaNOW! also has a fully staffed front office to help manage scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks. Main Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide timely and appropriate assessment, interpretation and diagnosis of mental, social and emotional disorders Develop and plan individualized treatment programs for the presenting problems Effectively provide psycho-education support and resource information to clients and family members Research and refer clients and family members to other services when necessary Monitor and evaluate progress towards treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary Provide crisis intervention as necessary Maintain current and accurate clinical records Comply with organizational, state and federal regulations and guidelines Education and Experience Master's degree in social work or related field Valid and current state clinical license Sound working knowledge of different treatment modalities Familiar with all aspects of psychopathology Proficient in treating different developmental stages
