Job Description

We are in search of persons interested in helping children and adolescents with higher intensity maladaptive behaviors develop into the best version of themselves! Join a growing and reinforcing career in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis. No prior experience needed, just the desire to work, learn, and help others with functional communication, daily living skills, social skills, and achieving life goals while working closely with one or two clients, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and the family/caregivers of someone on the Autism Spectrum. We offer competitive pay and free supervision to employees in school to be a BCBA/BCaBA! To apply you must be 18 years old or older, have a high school diploma, be willing to travel, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check. Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Application Question(s): Job requirement is to be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs ,move from sitting to standing quickly, and run short distances This job requires the technician to follow specific instructions as written in a Behavior Intervention Plan and work through behaviors such as biting, kicking, hitting, throwing objects, spitting, urination, disrobing, etc. Are you comfortable working with a Supervising BCBA and implementing a BIP with a client that may exhibit some or all of these behaviors?
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
RBT Certification (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Required)
