Therapist for the Elderly and Intellectually Disabled

Hello! We are Payne Nursing Services in Greenfield, and we are currently looking to expand our services to support the many patients in our area looking for counseling for a variety of issues. Currently, we have one full-time counselor aiding us in this process, but with the steady stream of those in need, we need your help. Although specific certifications are not required beyond your clinical licensure, we are looking for a therapist who is open to counseling elderly and intellectually disabled clients. REQUIRED

with this population. However, if you became a counselor to pursue rewarding, fulfilling work with others, you will undoubtedly achieve that. Work will largely occur within the Greenfield and Cumberland areas. Sessions will frequently be in the office or home-based, therefore we cannot hire someone who is strictly looking to do telehealth services. A valid driver's license and adequate transportation are required. Pay will vary depending on experience and attitude, but starts at 40$ per direct service hour. Your schedule will be flexible but will be yours to create and maintain. Associate licenses are welcome and will include supervision! We will be offering benefits to a highly motivated, results-driven individual. However, we are a small company, and can only offer them when full-time hours have been met consistently. Work will start part-time, but a full caseload can likely be achieved within 3-6 months. Currently, our team includes just a small number of healthcare professionals, but we are open-minded, collaboratively oriented, and dedicated to improving our clients' mental health, oftentimes with outside-the-textbook ideas.
