Job Description

Adolescent Therapist - Greenwood, Indiana About Us Provive Wellness is a leading provider of substance use and mental health treatment, committed to offering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals on their recovery journey. Our Greenwood, IN facility provides a structured and supportive environment where clients can achieve lasting recovery. We are seeking a dedicated Adolescent Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy services to adolescent clients in our outpatient program. Position Overview The Adolescent Therapist will provide direct clinical services to adolescent clients, including facilitating therapeutic group sessions and conducting individual therapy meetings. This role requires a clinician who can build rapport with young clients, collaborate with the treatment team, and deliver evidence-based interventions in a supportive outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will also have availability to facilitate weekend groups for our adult population on an as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities Facilitate structured group therapy sessions focused on mental health, substance use recovery, coping skills, and relapse prevention Conduct individual therapy sessions with adolescent clients as part of their treatment plan Provide family therapy sessions to support adolescent clients and their families throughout the treatment process Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans Document session notes, progress updates, and attendance accurately and in a timely manner in the EHR Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards Facilitate weekend group sessions for adult clients when needed Maintain professional and ethical standards, including client confidentiality Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required Active licensure in Indiana (LMHC, LCSW, LCAC, or equivalent); licensed-eligible candidates considered Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with adolescents in a mental health or substance use setting Strong group facilitation and individual therapy skills across both adolescent and adult populations Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation requirements Ability to engage diverse client populations with empathy, consistency, and professionalism Weekend availability preferred If you are passionate about supporting adolescents and adults on their path to recovery and wellness, we encourage you to apply.
