Engaging Minds Autism Services is expanding—and we're looking for passionate, driven, and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Assistant Analysts (BCBAs & BCaBAs) to grow with us! At Engaging Minds, we support not only the child but the entire family unit, tailoring our approach to each unique set of needs. We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism and related developmental disorders. Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-assessments Develop individualized treatment and transition plans Provide weekly face-to-face client and RBT supervision Ensure high-quality data analysis and decision-making Train, mentor, and supervise behavior technicians (RBTs) Lead monthly parent training sessions Communicate regularly with families to ensure collaboration and progress Provide supervision to ABA students, as applicable Attend IEP meetings and participate in team collaboration Uphold BACB standards and ethical, professional conduct
What We're Looking For:
BCBA or BCaBA Certification (Required) Bachelor's or Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable Maintain clean criminal background Proficiency in Microsoft Office Dedication to upholding BACB Ethical Guidelines Ongoing participation in continuing education Ready to Make a Difference?
