Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic LCSW therapist to join our dynamic mental health/SUD team. We will consider relocation assistance for an experienced candidate. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing modalities such as psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Implement motivational interviewing techniques to foster motivation for change and support recovery efforts. Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure patient safety. Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical records standards while maintaining confidentiality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, medical documentation, and behavioral health plans to optimize patient outcomes. Engage in ongoing professional development related to addiction counseling Qualifications Valid LCSW with active state certification. Proven experience in clinical counseling/therapy within outpatient or inpatient settings Strong knowledge of behavioral health therapies including psychotherapeutic techniques such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, and trauma-informed care. Excellent crisis intervention skills combined with strong behavior management capabilities. Experience working with medical terminology and managing medical records securely under HIPAA guidelines. $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
