Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Illume provides an environment that reduces burnout by allowing therapists to have input on their caseload and schedule (full-time positions range from 30-35 hours per week, part-time position is also available) as well as managing billing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks so therapists can focus on what they do best - offering excellent client care! Qualifications:

Candidates should be friendly and professional, committed to a creating a healthy work environment, and motivated to provide quality treatment for clients. Masters-level licensed therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPC, LSW)

Required Benefits:

For full-time employees we offer a competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package, so that you can have the flexibility and support of a private practice environment with the security of benefits. Salaried positions start at $65,000 per year, but may increase significantly based on hours in schedule and whether a benefit package is chosen. "Fee-for-Service" positions start at $60 per clinical hour.
