Lifespring Health Systems is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for our office in Madison, IN. Potential candidates should be comfortable working with adults and children with dual diagnoses, completing treatment plans and various other assessments. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a knowledge of various treatment modalities and commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed care. Indiana LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is strongly desired. Computer skills are necessary; experience working with Electronic Medical Records desired.
