What You'll Do Provide mental health therapy to clients navigating a variety of mental health concerns Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate treatment plans Use strengths-focused interventions to support clients in achieving their goals Collaborate with clients and healthcare professionals as needed What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy Licensed and in good standing with the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board (BSRB): LMSW, LSCSW, LMFT, LCMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMLP, or LCP Experience working with diverse populations and a range of presenting concerns Knowledge of various therapeutic treatments (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic, solution-focused, somatic) Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to exceptional customer service What We Offer Highly competitive pay: $80,000 - $140,000 annually dependent on how many clients you choose to see Flexible schedule A fun, supportive, low to no stress environment, and empowering workplace culture
