We are currently seeking a full-time therapist who is passionate about helping others, values teamwork and professionalism, and desires to work in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. Overview The Full-Time Therapist will provide outpatient counseling services while maintaining professional, ethical, and documentation standards consistent with Breath of Grace Wellness policies and licensing board expectations. This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team culture that values clinical excellence, personal growth, authenticity, and compassionate care. Full Time Expectations Maintain approximately 32-36 working hours weekly Maintain an average of 22+ attended client sessions per week Manage cancellations and actively participate in caseload growth and retention Complete notes and documentation within required timelines Some evening availability may be needed based on client deman Responsibilities Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services Maintain a consistent and active caseload Complete documentation, treatment plans, and clinical records in a timely manner Participate in staffing meetings, trainings, and collaborative consultation Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements Coordinate care with outside providers, schools, physicians, and community supports as appropriate Respond appropriately to crisis situations and mandated reporting responsibilities Contribute positively to team culture and organizational mission Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Active Kentucky license or license eligibility Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment Commitment to ethical and client-centered care

Preferred:

Experience working with children, trauma, couples, or families Specialized training (EMDR, Play Therapy, Gottman, etc.) Experience with Medicaid and insurance documentation
