About Us Breath of Grace Wellness is a growing faith-informed mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, ethical, and clinically excellent care to individuals, couples, children, and families across Kentucky. Our mission is to create a place where clients feel safe, seen, and supported while offering holistic care that honors the emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual aspects of healing. We strive to love people well, lead with authenticity, and create a culture where both clients and clinicians can grow. We are currently seeking a full-time therapist who is passionate about helping others, values teamwork and professionalism, and desires to work in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. Overview The Full-Time Therapist will provide outpatient counseling services while maintaining professional, ethical, and documentation standards consistent with Breath of Grace Wellness policies and licensing board expectations. This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team culture that values clinical excellence, personal growth, authenticity, and compassionate care. Full Time Expectations Maintain approximately 32-36 working hours weekly Maintain an average of 22+ attended client sessions per week Manage cancellations and actively participate in caseload growth and retention Complete notes and documentation within required timelines Some evening availability may be needed based on client deman Responsibilities Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services Maintain a consistent and active caseload Complete documentation, treatment plans, and clinical records in a timely manner Participate in staffing meetings, trainings, and collaborative consultation Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements Coordinate care with outside providers, schools, physicians, and community supports as appropriate Respond appropriately to crisis situations and mandated reporting responsibilities Contribute positively to team culture and organizational mission Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Active Kentucky license or license eligibility Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment Commitment to ethical and client-centered care
Preferred:
Experience working with children, trauma, couples, or families Specialized training (EMDR, Play Therapy, Gottman, etc.) Experience with Medicaid and insurance documentationBenefits:
